A general goal for everyone taking any martial arts is to learn their art. However, that is a long process and there are numerous skills one must accumulate before you reach that general goal. Above all remember that skills take time to develop and acquire. If you accept this you will avoid the frustration many experience in the martial arts.
When you begin your Fut Sao training you are exposed to a whole world of new things. Depending on each individual those new things can be daunting. A process where things learned are built on, or compliments previous things learned.
I challenge you to think about what you are aiming for as a student of Fut Sao Wing Chun. When you know where you are going, or what you are aiming for, the path to take becomes much clearer and you will avoid the frustrations that many who wander aimlessly experience.
